it’s finally time to grow up. Don’t ever second guess yourself.
4440 hours,185 days, 26.5 weeks of dieting. 8 weeks and 4 days out from powerlifting meet. originally planned on dieting for 30 weeks, but being in a deficit this long has definitely took its toll both physically and mentally, so i am officially calling it quits by next week. going to start reversing and increasing calories. excited for all them extra pop tarts. off season here i come.
